Delete your BriizPay account

How to request deletion of your BriizPay account and associated data, what is deleted, and what we must keep.

Last updated: July 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of your BriizPay account and the data associated with it. BriizPay is operated by JetiPay UK Ltd, trading as BriizPay.

You do not need to be signed in to read this page, and you can request deletion by email if you can no longer access your account.

How to request deletion

Option 1: in the app or web dashboard (fastest)

  1. Sign in to the BriizPay app, or to your dashboard at app.briizpay.com.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open the Privacy tab.
  4. Select Delete account.
  5. Read the summary of what is deleted and what is kept, then confirm the request.

Option 2: by email (if you cannot sign in)

Send an email to support@briizpay.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". Include your name and registered email address so we can identify you. We may need to verify your identity before acting, so that nobody can delete someone else's account.

What happens next

  • We review the request and verify your identity.
  • If you have a pending balance or an unsettled payment, we will contact you to resolve it first.
  • Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.
  • We email you to confirm once it is done.
  • You can cancel the request at any time before it completes, from the same Privacy tab.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. You will not be able to sign in afterwards.

What is deleted

The following is permanently deleted:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your login credentials
